
Reservations require 50% deposit of the Reservation to confirm. Remaining 50% must be made 60 days prior to arrival in Summer and 45 days in Winter.
Daily reservations require 1 night deposit of the reservation to confirm.
Reservations require a 45 day cancellation notice for deposit refunds - Service charge fee is $25.00 to cover credit card fees.
From May 15 - September 15 and all Holiday reservations require a 60 day cancellation notice for deposit refunds - Cancellation service fee is $50 to cover credit card fees.
Deposits will be forfeited on all cancellations less than 60 days in the Summer and 45 days in the Winter.
Check-in time is 3 pm.
Check-out time is 11 am.
Units with full kitchens are equipped with kitchen utensils, pots & pans, dishes. All of your towels, linens, cookware, and utensils are provided. Just bring your own food and toiletries!
Daily maid service is not provided.
All units are non-smoking – there are areas outside for smoking.
$5.00 Extra Per Person Per Night Over Allowed Occupancy – must have prior approval.
Small pets are allowed only in units 1 – 7. There is a $10.00 per animal per night charge with a $25.00 deposit.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
